TERMS OF AGREEMENT
- The quotations herein are subject to a proportionate increase to meet Increased cost of food, and other increases in present commodity prices, Labor costs, and taxes. Quotations cannot be guaranteed until 30-days Prior to the time the function takes place.
- Beer, Liquor and wine cannot be brought into the banquet room from Outside sources. See NYS Liqour Authority
- NO CONFETTI , Tumbtacks or tape on the walls will be used in any given banquet room or deposit will be forfeited
- Magruders must be notified of the exact number of guests Attending 10 days before your event. This is a guaranteed Amount for which you will be charged even if fewer guests attend.
- We shall not assume the responsibility of any merchandise or articles Left in the banquet room during or following the event.
- Deposits made to Magruders for $100 will not be refunded in the Event of a cancellation. The deposit will be deducted off the final balance unless there is damage or clean up of the room.
- Payment is on the day of the event. Local Checks and cash are only accepted as payment. Credit cards are NOT ACCEPTED.
- Banquet room will not be guaranteed unless a deposit is received.
- Magruders reserved the right to substitute and alternate Function rooms
- We reserve the right to refuse alcoholic beverages to anyone.
- Magruders does allow a store bought cake, cupcakes or cookies to be brought into banquet rooms. We do not allow any other outside food, homemade desserts or beverages to be brought in.
- Health code does not permit left over banquet food to be taken home
- Children under the age of 2 is free.
- All entertainment at events, DJ's, speakers and live music must be kept at a moderate volume level. Sound levels are at the discretion of the Magruders. Banquet rooms do not have music available, you may bring in a wireless speaker that must be kept to a moderate volume level.
- Extra Room charges applicable where a special set up is required
- Private Banquet rooms .....$50 room Charge
- No live animals are allowed in the building
- Event Time frame for private rooms is 3 hours from the start time of the party
- New York State Sales tax and 20% Administrative charge is added to each banquet.
- : All Events are Subject to a 20% Administrative charge, which offsets operating costs and fees. We do not charge a "service fee or gratuity" This charge is not purported to be a gratuity and will not be distributed as gratuities to the employees.
- You are not expected to leave gratuity but is at your descretion.
